  I had an unfortunate experience here today. We scheduled a trail ride, but one of our geoup was late. When another member of the group asked if its alright if someone is running late and we can wait the guide agreed that it is fine. When everyone was finally gathered, noone had yet gotten a helmet or met their horse. After everyome was organized and we mounted, our ride ended after about 15 minutes. Everyone was confused about what just happened. This was a ride of 5 people, so of course i am a bit upset. If the guide didnt say that it was alright or explained specifically that our ride would end eithout conmensating for the delay when asked the above question, we would have ridden without the late person. For 300 dollars i would have expected better. When i attempted to speak to the guide afterwards i got literally no response, i was ignored. Not an enjoyable situation compounded by miscommunication.
